• FMF is seeking a capital raise in order to increase it's diversified portfolio of opportunities with variable time commitments between 3-6 months.  Investments will also range in price points and anticipated returns to keep the portfolio diversified.

• FMF invests its capital 2-3 times annually to see rolling profits.  It anticipates annual returns north of 15% for its investor.

• FMF acquires investments nationwide and works with other acquisition groups in the process to take advantage of bulk sales.

• All properties are generally single family and two unit properties.

• Investors may choose a guaranteed return of 10% or a standard share with unlimited returns.
